The other Effective communication I demonstrated was using language that everyone understands and telling others what they should do and also be an encouraging teammate.An Example of me using this was when i encouraged my Teammate to get up, after getting pushed on the ground really bad from someone on the other team.
The Effect this had on the team was great cause they saw positive things in me, like i was their older brother and i am an encouraging and loving person.
I could improve this next time by telling the other person in the other team to play fair or tell him rules of the game so that the game can be more fun and enjoyable or
